FragCut analyses a gameplay video, finds the highlight moments (kills, aces, clutches, funny interactions), cuts them into 9:16 vertical clips, burns in AI subtitles, and exports them ready to post. It runs in the browser; nothing to install. Plans are $19.99/month for 30 clips or $49.99/month unlimited, with a 14-day refund on any payment.

## What it does

- **Input**: video files (MP4, MOV, WebM, MKV) up to 5 GB and 4 hours, or a Twitch VOD URL that FragCut downloads itself.
- **AI highlight detection**: finds the moments worth clipping from visual and audio signals; best on FPS and MOBA games.
- **Output**: multiple clips per video in 9:16 vertical or 16:9 horizontal, with optional burned-in speech-to-text subtitles.
- **Editing**: a fine-tune editor to adjust start and end to the second, toggle subtitles per clip, and a montage maker that stitches selected clips into one video with drag-and-drop ordering.
- **Speed**: 15-30 minutes per video; Twitch imports add download time.
- **Rights and retention**: creators own their uploads and clips. Source videos are deleted after 30 days, clips kept 90 days. Customer content is not used for AI training.
